2025 LYC Swim Coaching Staff

Camrynn McTeer
Head Coach
Camrynn McTeer enters her fourth season with LYC, her first as Head Coach, marking her eighth year of coaching swim at the youth and high-school level. Camrynn's love for swimming began as a brand new swimmer on the SCST Otters Swim Team at the age of 7. She swam for many years until taking a break, returning to the sport (and SCST) in 2018, serving as an assistant coach for the SCST Otters. She continued coaching through the SCST/Mako merge before entering the world of high school swimming.
McTeer has also been the Assistant Swim Coach for Sussex Central High School's swim team. At SC, McTeer coached many All-State swimmers and a few who podiumed at states. McTeer comes from a swimming family with her younger sister swimming in high school, who has now gone on to swim at the collegiate level. Her dedication and compassion for athletes helps them strive for success in and out of the water.
Jenna Reinhold
Assistant Coach
Jenna Reinhold is a soon-to-be graduate of Cape Henlopen High School where she is an AP and Academic Challenge student, and a member of the National Honor Society. She competes on the high school swim team during the winter, along with the Sussex Family YMCA club team. In recent years, Jenna has earned all-conference honors for Cape, and was part of the National qualifying medley relay through the YMCA.
She has been a swimmer for LYC since the age of 6, and is a returning coach after her first year on the staff in 2023. When not at the pool, Jenna can be found watching the Phillies, hostessing at Kindle, reading a good book, or listening to Taylor Swift.

Matthew Perchiniak
Assistant Coach
Matthew was born in Columbus, Ohio (Go Bucks!) but moved to Lewes at the age of 3. He began swimming with LYC at the age of 6 and has been a part of the team ever since. He is also a year-round swimmer at the Sussex Family YMCA in Rehoboth Beach, and recently completed his fifth season on the varsity swim team at Sussex Academy, where he again served as co-captain.
He holds school records in the 500 free, as well as part of the 400 free relay, and has been a finalist at the Delaware High School State Swim Championships the past four years. In his spare time, he's probably watching a Philly sports team. He is very excited about not only continuing to swim for LYC, but more so in joining the coaching staff this season and can't wait to see what the team can accomplish this summer!
Brooke Lund
Assistant Coach
Brooke started her swimming career at age 11 at Southwest Aquatics in Orlando, FL, continuing to swim for her club and school teams throughout high school. She has coached ages 4-9 in private lessons teaching the fundamentals of the strokes and, for the past 2 summers, was an ocean lifeguard at Cape Henlopen State Park. She is American and Norwegian and loves to travel back to visit family in Norway, as well as baking!
